Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 5, 2026 • Effective Immediately
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using massfileconverter.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. Nature of the Utility
MassFileConverter provides client-side WebAssembly browser software for media and document processing. Because all processing executes strictly within your web browser on your own hardware, we do not act as a custodian, host, or transmitter of your files.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all files, videos, images, and documents processed using the Service. MassFileConverter claims no intellectual property rights or ownership licenses over your content. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights and authorizations for any media you process using the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, or attempts to circumvent browser security controls, reverse-engineer proprietary delivery assets, or disrupt other users' access to the web property.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that file conversions will be error-free or that all media codecs will be supported across all browser environments.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MassFileConverter, its operators, affiliates, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
