Why is my MOV file not opening in WhatsApp?
A MOV file not opening in WhatsApp is usually a format problem. iPhone videos sent as files stay as MOV, and many Android phones can't play the HEVC video inside them.
Sending it the normal way from your gallery lets WhatsApp convert it, but it also shrinks the quality. Sending it as a document keeps the quality, but only if the other phone can play it.
