Why is my MOV file so big?

Your MOV file is so big because phones record at very high quality. A single minute of 4K iPhone video can run to a few hundred megabytes, far more than email or most chat apps will take.

Most of that size is detail you don't need for watching on a phone or laptop. Compressing it brings the size down a long way while still looking sharp.

Drop the MOV into the compressor below. It is set up for email, and you can choose how small you need it.
